24 hours notice is required to cancel or change your appointment time. No call/no shows will be charged for the amount of services booked and a valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment time. Please note: if you need to cancel or change multiple services or a spa package a 48 hour cancelation notice is required.
Please be aware that when you reserve an appointment or treatment, you are booking time with your service provider along with reserving the space. Please show up 10 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out forms, relax, and enjoy our complementary coffee, tea or wine. Late arrivals may have treatment time adjusted to assure our schedule remains timely and efficient for all guest and staff.
